Your Biodentix order is securely processed through our trusted payment merchant, ClickBank.

On your bank or credit card statement, the charge will appear as CLICKBANK or “CLKBANK*COM”.
If you are not the cardholder, please notify them in advance to avoid confusion.

If you purchased any optional upgrades, they will appear as separate transactions.

Shipping Information

Standard Delivery Times:

  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • International: 10–14 business days

All Biodentix orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx (with USPS handling the final delivery step for US packages).

Orders are typically shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday through Sunday ship out on Monday, excluding U.S. postal holidays.

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

If a package is refused or sent to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs after it is returned to our fulfillment center.

If the carrier marks the item as “delivered” but it goes missing afterward, responsibility lies with the receiver. Please ensure you have a safe delivery location, as no signature is required.

Return Policy for Physical Items

To receive a full refund for your Biodentix bottles, you must return all bottles—used, unused, or partially used, including any bonus bottles—within 180 days of your purchase date.

Please include a written note inside the return package containing:

  1. Your ClickBank Order ID
  2. Your full name and the shipping address used in your order
  3. Your email address and phone number
  4. Your original packing slip (if available)

Your refund will be processed once the items arrive at our fulfillment center.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.

International Orders

International shipments require a $30 shipping fee per product, which is non-refundable.
The product price is fully refundable when returned following the same conditions listed above.

Customs fees, import charges, and duties are determined by local laws and are the responsibility of the customer.
